Account and contact details, business data you choose to place in ROKOO, and technical information needed to operate the service.
To provide, support, secure and improve ROKOO, respond to requests, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion or other actions relating to your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how ROKOO handles personal information when you visit the ROKOO website, contact us, request a demo, apply to become a partner, or use services made available through the ROKOO platform.
A customer may also place business information about its own employees, customers, suppliers or other people into ROKOO. In those situations, the customer determines why that information is used, while ROKOO may process it to provide the service on the customer's behalf.
Contact and account information, such as your name, work email, phone number, company details and information you submit through ROKOO forms.
Business data that you or your organization choose to create, upload, connect or manage through ROKOO.
Support and communication information, including the content of requests, conversations and files you choose to provide when asking for help.
Technical and usage information that may be generated when the website or platform is used, such as browser or device information, timestamps, pages or features used, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
Provide and operate ROKOO and the features requested by customers and users.
Respond to sales, demo, implementation, support, partnership and general inquiries.
Maintain service quality, troubleshoot issues, understand product usage and improve the platform.
Protect accounts, investigate suspected misuse, and support the security and reliability of ROKOO.
Comply with applicable legal requirements and enforce agreements where necessary.
ROKOO may use service providers that support hosting, communications, operations, analytics, security or other functions needed to deliver the service. Those providers should receive only the information needed for the relevant function and be subject to appropriate obligations.
Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a corporate transaction where permitted by law.
Where a customer controls business data stored in ROKOO, access and disclosure may also depend on that customer's instructions and account permissions.
ROKOO AI is designed to work with business context available through ROKOO. The information available to an AI-assisted experience should follow the access and permissions that apply to the relevant user and workspace.
Do not submit information to an AI feature unless your organization permits that information to be used for the requested task. Additional details about AI processing may be provided as ROKOO's AI capabilities and supporting services evolve.
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain records, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. The appropriate period can differ depending on the type of information and the context in which it is processed.
Customer-controlled business data may also be subject to the customer's own retention requirements and the terms agreed for the relevant ROKOO service.
ROKOO takes a security-minded approach to access, permissions, account administration and operation of the service. No system can guarantee absolute security, so customers and users also play an important role in protecting credentials, assigning access appropriately and reporting suspected issues.
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights relating to your personal information, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability.
Some requests concerning data held inside a customer's ROKOO environment may need to be directed to that customer because the customer controls the relevant business data. We may support the customer in responding where appropriate.
This policy may be updated as ROKOO, its services or legal requirements change. When the policy is updated, the date shown on this page will be revised and additional notice may be provided when appropriate.
